Phil Schneider was a U.S government whistleblower and ex-geologist with a Rhyolite-38 crypto security clearance in many of the most above top-secret areas in the world. He helped build Deep Underground Military Bases (DUMBs) across the United States and the world. Schneider is one of two survivors of the Dulce, New Mexico human and alien firefight where 66 government agents lost their lives.
