September 26, 2025:  A New Theory Links CERN's Search for Ghost Particle to Phosphene Vision.  The human mind and brain is as powerful a machine as the CERN LHC (Large Hadron Collider).

With about 2 years experience learning to discern the closed eye visual field has led UAP and ETI Researcher, Matthew Neuls, to discover a whole ocean of electromagnetic lifeforms and intelligence previously unheard of and unseen.  "I began wondering if there's something more to just seeing a blank canvas of lights and colors blooming while my eyes were closed. I eventually learned how to discern what appeared to be random patterns of phosphenes and visual static phenomena."

Matthew has begun to realize that there is a whole ocean of life living in the electromagnetic spectrum and all it takes is some dedicated time and patience to start seeing more than what previously meets the eye.  "We normally see with our eyes open because that's what we've consciously focused on, but there exists a vast ocean of a world left unseen, much like the Earthly plain we've been accustomed to."

An event had occured in October 2022 where Matt had begun experimenting with a visual field photoreceptor phenomenon called visual static and visual phosphenes.  He continues, "I realized not only are we seeing these clouds of visual static and blooms of phosphenes, but that they can be interacted with by just using the will and the mind."

London's National Portrait Gallery recently unveiled a 16th-century portrait of Queen Elizabeth I with a hidden secret. An artwork that for centuries depicted the Queen holding roses was discovered, through modern analysis, to have originally featured a coiled serpent in her hand. The gallery's exhibition, Concealed and Revealed, explores this mystery, suggesting the snake was painted over due to its ambiguous symbolism in Christian Europe—representing both wisdom and satanic evil.

But what if the serpent's meaning extends beyond this earthly duality into realms previously unimagined? A new perspective from UAP researcher Matthew Neuls offers a radical reinterpretation of this historical enigma.

Matthew Neuls, an Expert Consultant with over 18 years of experience studying UAP phenomena and close encounters, suggests the serpent may not be a symbol at all, but a depiction of a literal intelligence. Since a catalytic event in October 2022, Neuls has documented extensive visitations of what he describes as "serpentine-like aquatic beings," a form of Non-Human Intelligence (NHI).

His method of observation is unconventional, moving beyond conventional sight into the realm of perception. "One day I closed my eyes and wondered, is there anything more to the speckles of static and blobs of blooming color that can be seen as nothing more than a blank canvas?" Matthew recounts. "I started watching the closed visual field where days turned into weeks and eventually, my mind started to discern patterns."

Neuls connects this to the scientific study of phosphenes—the lights and patterns we see without light entering the eye. He posits that with patience, this visual static is not noise, but a perceptual field. "What you're seeing is the brain's interpretation of the electromagnetic spectrum," he explains. "Today, I've been closely observing a metasphere of many various entities who appear to be well acquainted with discerning and perceiving a world that's much like ours, but far from physical."

From this viewpoint, the serpent in Queen Elizabeth I's portrait takes on a profound new meaning. Could the artist, or the Queen's inner circle, have been aware of these serpentine NHI? The decision to paint over the creature may not have been due to simple religious ambiguity, but to conceal a truth far more shocking to the 16th-century world: that humanity was not alone, and that royalty might have had contact with intelligences beyond our own.

The serpent, then, becomes a censored artifact of an encounter, a hidden message of contact known only to an elite few. This theory reframes the historical puzzle, suggesting the true mystery was not one of symbolism, but of a secret, otherworldly connection.
