Welcome to Pahute Mesa
This dashboard serves as the public-facing transparency initiative for the Pahute Mesa Civil Operations Center (PMCOC). Here, users can explore aggregate data regarding Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP), Technology of Unknown Origin (TUO), and non-linear temporal research conducted by our authorized personnel and visitors.
Global Intelligence SITREP
This section aggregates declassified reporting metrics submitted through the PMCOC platform. The visualization below tracks the frequency of categorized anomalous reports (NHI, Temporal, TUO) filed by registered CTS personnel over the last six operational months. Interact with the legend to filter specific phenomena types.

Platform Capabilities & Architecture
The PMCOC operates multiple highly specialized modules designed to facilitate secure communication, rigorous scientific archiving, and social networking among cleared researchers. Select a module below to understand its operational parameters and user access requirements.
Research Center & Archives
The core repository of PMCOC. The Archives contain highly sensitive, historical, and theoretical data sets. Users are expected to treat archived materials with extreme intellectual rigor.
⚠ Reporting Directive:
All research submissions must clearly delineate between [Factual Data] and [Informed Speculation]. Deliberate posting of fabricated evidence or hoaxes will result in immediate CTS ID revocation.
Encrypted Messenger
The PMCOC Messenger is provided strictly for direct, peer-to-peer networking and intelligence collaboration. It allows for the rapid, secure exchange of coordinates and field observations.
- End-to-end encryption for CTS ID personnel.
- Temporary, read-only instances available for Visitor Pass holders interacting with Administration.
- Note: PMCOC reserves the right to monitor communications if there is a suspected breach of platform security or severe harassment.
Operational Guidelines & Terms of Service
Access to the PMCOC, whether via a registered Cosmic Top Secret (CTS) ID or a temporary Visitor Pass, constitutes agreement to our legal and operational framework. Review the critical policies governing conduct, intellectual property, and liability below.
